VINTAGE 1978 BARBIE SUPERSTAR STAGE SHOW PLAY SET

Size of box: about 23" x 17" x 4.5"
Model no. 2328 from 1978. Assembly required. Good condition on the toy, box is in fine condition; it is a little bashed up with tape on the sides, the front has some torn areas. The plastic set is in good played with condition, the remote does not work. Plastic parts are all great but the top sticker has creased as it is not stuck on full center. The plastic tiara has broken as it is a thick plastic and not very malleable. It is missing the music record, instructions, and possibly 2 more transparent stands but otherwise appears intact.
It includes 3 doll stands, tiara, trophy, 2 microphones, the podium, guitar, 3 fabric fasteners, starry fabric, 2 illustration boards, sticker sheet, 2 show cards, main stage with remote and pillars. There is one pink barbie tile that does not belong to the set. It has an image of Barbie on it and looks to be 1970s for some sort of image transfer activity perhaps. Self pick-up preferable in or near the San Bernardino, CA area. Shipping is available upon request.

Good condition, shows signs of usage as the fabric is seasoned and soft, a favourite perhaps? Still looks very nice when worn. It is a dark red and black (mysterious!) baroque-style jacquard fabric. The dress is loosely fitted at the waist, there is a slit on the front and a zipper on the back, no lining. Made in USA, 59% cotton, 38% polyester, 3% lycra.

Era: 1960s-mid 1970s
Marked 'Krautheim Selb Bavaria Germany' & 'Franconia'. Excellent condition, this delicate little teacup & saucer set is made of fine bone china with wildflower illustrations. No two flowers are alike, and they circle the cup. The edges are rimmed with matte gold. I can't get the exact colours on the photos, but the background of the china is off-white.

VINTAGE MELO PSYCHEDELIC MOD MERMAID CUP

Marked '7306 JAPAN' on the base, and signed 'MELO' on the illustration. Excellent condition, does not look used, the inside of the cup is spotless. There are a few linebreaks on the graphic, this could be just due to manufacturing, or a rub-off from storage. The image shows a semi-nude mermaid in psychedelic mod style.

Good condition, darkening on the clasp and chain strap. Insides are fabric lined. The front has a rectangular panel for a very minimalistic look. Back is plain. The fabric is polyester knit. Slight wear on the fabric stretched over the rounded frame and one of the corners is peeking out a little.

Vintage Dormar White Spiral Beaded Clutch Purse

Label reads 'Bags of DORMAR Made in Japan'. Good condition with aging and normal wear, one little brown stain on a thread which is not obvious when carried. Satin lining on the scalloped edges have turned yellow. Off-white clutch with transparent beads in a neat spiral pattern, they are sewn on organza, with a stiff satin base. The zipper is silvertone and a matching zipper pull is made of the organza fabric and beads. The beads are on separate strands and have separated from the fabric. There are no loose beads.

Signed 'Barry' on the zipper. Good condition with normal aging (patina and spots) on the metal parts. The purse contains two compartments, one snap closure and one zipper on the bottom. The purse is a stiff textured gold synthetic material and the inner lining is probably white vinyl.

Good condition, inner cotton lining shows signs of wear & aging, the outer side is still very nice with black plastic round beads on a thicker upholstery type fabric. The goldtone frame has aging and wear, and is revealing silvertone with scuffs.

Vintage Ideal Tan Suede Hinged Purse Bag

Marked 'IDEAL' on the side hinges. Fine-good condition, aging on the suede, the leather has flaked off so I brushed it to even out the surface. It is now a raw suede look rather than a furry suede look. It has a small water stain on one side at the bottom but is minor and not obvious. Some wear on the gold frame, with small areas of silvertone from the clasp opening and closing. The frame is unique, it opens towards the center by means of a hinge so the bag opens rhombus shaped for easy access. When you close it the centers has a little knob to lock the lever clasp. Chain strap has aging. The insides are synthetic material and is clean.

Vintage Classic Black Fabric Purse with Ab-rhinestone clasp

Good - very good condition, insides are clean with a small unnoticeable smudge of lipstick. Outside is made of a thick satin. There is a small fray on the back of the bag which is also not noticeable when carried (see photos). The clasp has some wear but works nicely, it has two ab-rhinestones accents to complement this classic purse.

Very good condition, the silver lined beads have oxidised on the edges giving an aged look but overall very pretty piece with a geometric pattern. The fringes and braided strap are fully beaded as well. Insides are satin lined and closes with a zipper. Great for a dance night out!

Vintage M-O-P Style Lucite Beaded Tassel Purse

Very good condition, there is a small rust spot on the metal frame, minor red smear on the inner lining but overall still clean. Label reads 'Hand Made in Hong Kong'. Beautiful off-white bag with lots of movement, the fringes are beaded with white and faux pearl scalloped ends. The frame has a mother-of-pearl style lucite, and the sequins are ab-coated. Much nicer in person!

Vintage Lumured Corde Bead Cream Bag

The bottom of the bag has a darker water stain on the outside, it is not as harsh as in the photography. It is marked 'By Lumured Corde Bead' and other faint text on the lining (possibly stating made in the USA), it has a few ballpoint pen streaks and water stains in it. It is usable as is but the fabric can be washed if you like to attempt removing the stain. The frame has some aging on it, it used to be goldtone but has worn down to silvertone. Overall hardware is still sturdy, the beads are white and transparent on a mesh type fabric.

Labelled 'Marshall Field's' and 'Made in China'. Fully beaded on the front with a knot motif in grey, black and silver-lined beads. The backs are elastic with a hook & bar closure, covered with black satin. It is in very good condition and nicely made.

Vintage Avon Dutch Girl TopazeCologne
Size: 18 x 8cm
Very good condition, it is filled with Topaze cologne and decanter feels full. It still smells good. The girl is made of powder blue plastic and very nicely detailed holding a bouquet of tulips. The bottle is made of glass, it has some slight dark scuffs on the blue as it is a matte surface and has no box. There are a few scuffs on her apron and bonnet but are considered minor. 1973-1974.

Vintage Avon American Belle Cotillion Cologne
Size: 14 x 7cm (5.5" x 2.75")
Good condition, mostly scuffs on the decanter bottle as it has no box and is a matte surface. The bottom rim has a slight stain (see photo). The girl is made of yellow plastic (shows some ageing) and the bottle is made of glass with rose prints. It is filled with Cotillion cologne and feels pretty full. 1976-1978.

Vintage Green Flower Power Fabric
Size: 36" width of fabric, 366cm/ 4 yards
Unused 1960s fabric with a ribbed effect, it is most likely cotton. The groovy colours are neon pink, green, white and blue, the pinks are much brighter in person. This is in very good condition with a few minor age stains.

Good condition. Sleeveless polyester stretchable blouse with a zipper on the back. There is a small hole on the bottom front from being caught on something, and a pull on the fabric (3rd photo). There is a pull at the back (last photo). The blouse has slight balled fibres but overall minor flaws. The prints are very striking, retro colour combination of chartreuse green, peach orange, yellow, gray and white.

100% silk. Foldover vest blouse with a tie ribbon on the side, there are 2 buttons on the inner piece to hold the wrap in place. Two embroidered flower applique details, one on the front and one on the back. The neckline has a cute pink plaid binding. Very good condition.

Vintage 1972 Bubble Light Inflatable Lamp
Unused in box. I was taken by the psychedelic illustrations! Bulb is not included and assembly is required. This is a plastic cylindrical lamp with a pull switch, and an inflatable bubble on the outside. The colours of the bubble is neon red, blue and white - mod look. Unused in box. The box is a little banged up but everything else is good. Made by Calcomp in 1972.
