VINTAGE CHUNKY DIAMOND DUST ENAMEL KNOT SHAPE EARRINGS

Size: 28 x 22mm
Excellent condition, very gently used. Plating is still shiny. These are clip earrings with a layer of enamel - either diamond dust or silver glitter, it has aging on the enamel. 1970s-80s.

VINTAGE CREAM GOLDTONE OPENWORK FIN EARRINGS

Size: 39 x 24mm
Marked 'PAT. PEND', no maker's signature though. Good condition with aging, some chipping on the goldtone on the underside revealing a dark grey base. The fronts have a coat of paint work in cream, some parts have more goldtone (see photo), I am unsure if that is a result of wear or intentional. Clip earrings. Probably 1950s.

VINTAGE MULTICLR RHINESTONES & NAVETTES FLORAL EARRINGS

Very good condition, open-backed navettes and rhinestones on goldtone. Clip earrings. Normal aging on the metal work, maybe a bit of dust behind the navettes, otherwise all ok. Very lovely piece. The grey bead is a glued floral-shaped crystal. 1950s/60s.

VINTAGE RHINESTONE BAGUETTE CURTAIN EARRINGS

Good - very good condition, minor aging - cloudiness on the rhinestones but still sparkling. One of the screw back clips has an additional brass base attached (can be removed if you like). The back plating is in very good condition. Quality is nice with smooth plating and all rhinestones are prong set. This is a huge design that will no doubt dazzle your evening wear! 1930s-50s.

VINTAGE-ANTIQUE SILVER ROSETTE ETCHED LEAVES EARRINGS

Size: 21 x 21mm
Tests positive for a percentage of silver, no hallmarks, less than 925 sterling but a high percentage content. Very good condition with lots of patina for its age, screw-back clips. I will date this an early 20th century piece, possibly art & crafts period, no later than 1930s.

VINTAGE ROSE GOLD COLOUR BLUE RHINESTONE FLOWER EARRINGS

Signed 'Van Dell 1/20 12K G.F'. Good condition, with lots of aging on the back of the flower. The clips are gold-filled but the flower itself appears to be made of brass with a rose gold tint on the front. The back has patina and had some verdigris (green oxidation) occurring but they are mostly cleaned off. A blue rhinestone is prong-set in the center of the earring; minor scuffs on the petals. Probably 1940s/50s.

This piece is signed but I cannot read the signature (too tiny and on textured surface at the back), it is hallmarked 925 as well. Good condition with aging and some minor scuffs on the front. I did not polish this so it retains some patina which you may like to remove. Clip earrings.

VINTAGE B.N. COPPERY ORCHID PURPLE RHINESTONE EARRINGS

Signed 'B.N.' (Bugbee & Niles Co.) Good condition, there is a small dark age spot on the left earring (left petal tip), and a few areas of light patina at the back. The hardware is in excellent condition; finely constructed with a warm coppery colour & prong-set purple rhinestones. The top four petals consist of double layers: a matte lower layer and a polished border (top layer). The bottom petal is matte. The backs are all polished. The metal probably contains a percentage of copper which gives it its colour, not sure about the other metal content (no guarantees of silver) Bugbee & Niles started operation 1859 from Rhode Island, USA. Probably 1930s-1950s.

Good condition, minor aging on the back which is silvertone. The posts are goldtone, possibly a low karat gold or plated. The front has a black crystal chaton prong set with a border of channel-set clear rhinestones. The clear rhinestones have turned slightly dark with age. Earring clutches are new.

VINTAGE FAUX PEARL TEARDROP SCREW LEVER-BACK EARRINGS

Fine condition, a few scratches on the surface of the faux pearl. The back plating has some dark spots and the clips are lever-back screw clips. There is a patent number imprinted on the screw but it has wear on the plating and hard to read. I consider this still highly wearable as the goldtone is still shiny and the flaws are not seen when worn.

Very good condition, very minor wear to the edges of the sequins. The base is fabric and the sequins & seed bead border are sewn on. Metaltone earring posts for pierced ears. This is a rather large design.

Marked 'W.Germany'. Fronts are in very good condition with orange rhinestone chatons and sepia-coloured navettes and faux pearls. The rhinestones are prong-set and the pearl beads are glued. The clips are in fine-good condition with minor aging and some peeling on the plating but overall not a big problem. 1960s.

Good condition with minor wear on the gold-plating at the back of the earrings. Clip earrings with attached rubber padding. There is also some aging (metal discolouration) on the clips. The fronts have a little minor scuffs on the enamel (on one of the earrings) and some minor wear of the plating at the edges and corners. Rhinestones are still bright. 1970s/80s.

Good - very good condition, lots of aging with patina on the clips. No problems with hardware and the clips don't pinch. Elegant design with a black faceted cabochon, either crystal/bohemian glass or similar pronged set on a 5-petal filigree. Very minor chip like a flea bite on one of the glass, not noticeable unless closely scrutinised. This originally had some verdigris (green oxidation) on the brass but I have cleaned them off. Possibly 1950/60s.

Good condition with some scuffs on the front. Flat back with a domed front, there is a grey spot on one of the earrings (up front). There is also some slight bubbling on the other. For pierced ears, plastic earrings. The colour is a bright intense chilli red, actual product is brighter than shown in the photos.
