HOW TO RENT:
It's simple. Choose which set(s) you like on the rental catalogue, fill up the form below and e-mail me. After the order is confirmed, you pay the security deposit (retail price), I'll mail out your jewellery, when you're done with it, mail the jewellery back to me and I will refund you the security deposit minus the rental fees.
RENTAL RATES:
Flat fee of S$18.00 per set, registered postage is free.
RENTAL PERIOD:
5 days (day you receive the jewellery + 4 days). Extension of rental period will be calculated at S$2.00 per day.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- All jewellery sets will arrive in a gift box for protection, an unstamped return envelope & extra bubble-wrap for return shipping. The gift box that came with it has to be included back to me.
- There are NO handling charges (I will provide everything that you need to return the jewellery safely) except return registered mail postage (about S$3.24) will be borne by the buyer. Please, no normal mail, this is to prevent any disputes in whether I have received the jewellery back and the refund process.
- Please be around to sign for your packages as they will be mailed out via registered mail. If you have missed the postman call, days spent in retrieving your registered article will still be counted within your 5 day period.
- No meet-ups.
- Please order early & pay immediately once you have received my email to avoid late deliveries & disappointments, I cannot guarantee delivery times but it is about 2-3 working days. I mail out on the same day / next working day after receiving payment. No urgent requests for meet-ups. Take note that Singpost only delivers from Mondays to Fridays.
- Do check back in a few days if sets you like are stated 'Unavailable', they may be available pretty soon. First come first served basis, no reservations.
- Prior to shipment, all jewellery will be cleaned and ready-to-wear.
- Refunds will be made as soon as I receive the product back safely. DBS/POSB bank funds transfer only, no cash transactions.
- Lost/Damaged items:
Fees for repair as determined by Lemon Kitscharms, or forfeit of the full security deposit if unrepairable/broken/permanently stained. Any flaws prior to purchasing will be stated in the description. These are all pre-owned items so some age-related wear/scuffs to be expected.
- You are not required to clean the jewellery after wearing but advised to wipe it with a dry tissue after wearing.
- All sets featured are also available for sale. Vintage jewellery are still primarily for collectors so they will be maintained carefully in good shape.
- Lastly please remember these are vintage items: 50-60 year olds that needs tender loving care & handling. Absolutely avoid moisture, make-up & facial products on it. Wear them after you're done with hairsprays and make-up, take them off as soon as you don't need them. Enjoy & look great!
